CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, but to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy. A cancellation fee will apply to no-shows, late cancellations, and last-minute reschedules. • No-Show: If you are 10 minutes late for a 20-minute service, or 5 minutes late for a 10-minute service, you will be considered a no-show. • Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee. Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of this policy. If you arrive on time or cancel at least 24 hours in advance (as outlined on your confirmation page), no fee will be charged. Payment for Completed Appointments: Once your service is completed, full payment is required, as the cancellation fee applies only to missed or rescheduled appointments, not to services rendered.
